COVID Update February 2022

In line with the Welsh Government regulations, from 18th February COVID Passports are no longer required, However Face coverings still are required.


PLEASE DO NOT VISIT US IF YOU...
• Feel unwell with any of the identified Covid-19 symptoms.
• Have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days
• Have been identified as a close contact of a positive case and asked to self-isolate by Test, Trace, Protect

If you cannot attend a performance due to any of the above reasons, please contact us via email or phone by 10am on the day of the performance and we will refund, credit or exchange your tickets so you can return when it is safe to do so.

 

CASHLESS ORDERING

The Congress Theatre is a cashless venue, everything will need to be paid for by card. If this is an issue, please speak to the box office on entry.

HYGIENE

We have implemented enhanced cleaning schedules to keep everyone as safe as possible and use fogging machines to sanitise surfaces, seating and contact points.

Hand sanitising stations are prominently located throughout the building. Please use them when arriving and leaving the venue, and as you wish throughout your visit.

WEARING FACE COVERINGS

Face coverings must be worn at all times for anyone aged 11+ (unless you are medically exempt).

SOCIAL DISTANCING

There is no legal requirement

REFRESHMENTS

Our bar will reopen from 31 August 2021, and we are delighted to resume this service. Please be reminded that masks are required whilst standing, so do not consume food or drink whilst standing and take all refreshments to your seat.

LIFTS

Only one person / household bubble can be permitted in the passenger lift at any time.

Unfortunately, this will potentially create long queues, so please allow plenty of time if you have accessibility issues
