Theatre Volunteers Needed

Join the Congress Theatre volunteers team and help bring the magic of Theatre to Torfaen

The volunteers are the life of the Congress Theatre, without whom we could not provide such a great service.
We need people with a pleasant manner, enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to follow instructions, as our aim is to provide a professional but friendly environment for members of our community.

What do our Volunteers do?

• Create a positive customer experience for all audiences
• Welcome audiences to the Theatre
• Sell refreshments behind the bar
• Be a steward/usher during the show

We would like you to help us ensure our patrons have a positive and enjoyable experience from the instant they enter our venue to the moment they leave.

The amount of time you give is your choice.
